By accessing or using the Lingozy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

Lingozy is an AI voice platform that provides dialect-accurate speech synthesis, voice cloning, and related voice AI services. Our platform is designed to preserve and synthesize the world's local dialects through advanced machine learning technology.

User Accounts

When our platform launches, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lingozy to:

• Generate speech that impersonates individuals without their consent
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, or incites violence
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our models or algorithms
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in any manner
• Use the service to develop competing voice synthesis products

Intellectual Property

The Lingozy platform, including its models, algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of Lingozy. You retain ownership of any voice data or content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the requested services.

API Usage

Access to the Lingozy API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage exceeds agreed-upon limits or violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingozy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
