Delete your Lingozy account
This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data after you submit that request.
How to request deletion
- Open the Lingozy mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account.
- Enter your reason and confirm deletion.
Deletion timeline
- Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately after you confirm.
- You have a 30-day grace period to cancel deletion.
- Logging back in during those 30 days automatically cancels the deletion request.
- After 30 days, your account is permanently disabled and personal identifiers are removed from account records.
What data is deleted
- Account identifiers such as username and profile personal fields.
- Active authentication tokens and password reset tokens.
What may be retained
We may keep limited non-identifying records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, and security purposes, or to preserve service integrity.
